Charisma:  What's the use of having great leadership qualities, if nobody wants to follow you?

Courage:  No good leader leads from behind.  If others are following you, you must be willing to accept a portion of their risk along with your own.

Responsibility:  Mustn't ask others to do what one wouldn't do oneself, and must be willing to pay for others' mistakes.

Reluctance:  Nobody who seeks a leadership role deserves to have one.
