Moose is awesome–tastes sort of like beef only, well, beefier. Very lean, best when stewed.
I am hoping Kathy’s new meds help. Only get this–a new asthma med is in the form of powder you inhale. Much of the powder is lactose–Kathy is lactose intolerant, so her new medicine may make her sick. Modern medicine.
