Like tiny little universes unto themselves. Beautiful natures art.
Crystal-like gems-how beautiful.
Those are wonders of nature that we don’t get to see much in New Mexico. Thank you for sharing
so delicate and yet so strong … much like ourselves, eh?
Oh! I love it! I wish it was snowing here already. It’s been a not-very-satisfying fall. At least it’s a promise for a heavy winter. How did you manage to get that shot?
Gorgeous. I’m impressed with the close-ups.
Beautiful little crystal! I forget how intricate each snowflake is…usually P & M when I’m brushing billions of them off my windshield…awesome.
@OhGodWhyMustItBe - It almost embarrasses me to admit that all I did was set my camera to macro and use auto-focus. The secret, if there is one, lies in steady hands.
@SuSu - ah. that’d be why those shots are almost impossible with my [now falling apart, barley worth the money it cost] camera. although, it’s not really about the camera settings as it is the shot its self. i love the shot! still cant wait for winter. xD
It’s very pretty, isn’t it?
I really love looking at your photos, both macro and micro it’s a different world way up and over there.
Those are so awesome!
Very very cool! I’ll have to try that when we get snow. (Which I really hope never happens, but I suppose it’s unavoidable…)
