Weekly Photo Challenge – Candids
This week’s subject was suggested by Assipassi:
Candids – meaning taking pictures of people doing whatever they’re doing, without them knowing they are being photographed.
Doug, lopping off a tree limb that was overhanging the roof.

I don’t know the man on the left… on the right is Jim Kloss of Whole Wheat Radio…and, candid kittens. They might have seen the camera, but they weren’t posing.
Cats are people, too.Everyone is welcome to join in. All you have to do is post one or more photos regarding the subject on your site and comment here that you have posted, so we can all come by and have a look.Final posting day is on Thursday. Each Friday there will be a new challenge.
The photo challenge is not a contest. It’s not about who comes up with the best photo or who has the most expensive equipment. It is about people from all over the world who love taking pictures.

Great shots and yes kittens are people too.
All the people images have your wonderful, wild backdrop of Alaskan wilderness. That makes your images even better for me as the story of Alaska sits in wait in all of your photos. Greyfox surprised is good but the men and their relaxed demeaner, the whole wheat radio group is my pick. They look happy and enjoying themselves with their hot cup of coffee, in that candid.
Greyfox looks handsome in that photo.
And Doug… he’s all grown up (I mean, he just seems like a man to me in these photos where the few I’ve seen of him in the past he was simply your son… a kid). He looks good too.
And adorable kitties.
I have the same reaction to kittens that other people have to little babies. I want to pick them up and snuggle them!!! Cute photos. I like the one of Doug lopping off the branches, it’s at a cool angle.

You inspired me to do the challenge. I like your pictures. The kittens look like they could jump through the screen at any moment.
I have a friend with a child named Sephiroth. I never thought I’d “encounter” another Sephiroth.
Okee, so Greyfox is your partner, and Doug is…your son? Okay, yeah I can see that by the comments. I think in the past I was getting Doug and Greyfox confused, which could be…interesting. Good looking family!
And the kitties….awwwww! Fluffy goodness!

the question is – HOW do you get them to pose?! 
yea,, cats are people too,,,,, pretty alert ones usually,,, hard to catch them off guard,,,,
one obviously sees the camera,,, the other one isnt worried because partner cat has his/her back.
